Architectural: Designing a remodel is not included in the remodeling fees. Design is a separate fee, and not part of the construction phase. Design and development is the first step in the remodeling process.  Design and project development must be completed before working drawings are made. These drawings and their written specifications are used to estimate the job costs.  Working Drawings are also used to procure all required building permits.​

Sales Taxes and Permit Fees: NC Sales tax and building permit fees are not included in our prices. They differ from county to county jurisdictions, so it's hard to add them to our prices.  Those fees are listed inside the Contract Agreement and added the final job costs estimation.

 

**Basement waterproofing must be done in conjunction with a basement remodel. We don't offer to waterproof unless we are the prime contractor on a basement remodeling job.
