We work attentively during the construction process to minimize warranty related issues by using best practices, quality materials and workmanship and by carefully reviewing each job, prior to submitting the final invoice.  Warranty call- backs are rare, however, we are not perfect and things may arise.  Therefore, we evaluate the post-construction performance of our work through personal contact with each client and at scheduled on-site inspections. Our post-construction, customer care schedule is listed inside each contract agreement defining the timetable and what specifically should be expected during the post-construction, customer care period. Our written policies provide follow-up via email and telephone, and to visit the home at scheduled intervals following job completion.  During each visit, we visually review our completed work and schedule any touch-up that may be needed, e.g., natural shrinkage of materials,e.g., moldings, due to humidity levels and other contributing factors inside the home.  Natural materials such as wood and other materials may contract and may require light-duty touch-up.  Natural shrinkage is normal and is not a defect in workmanship or material. Always refer to the warranty for additional inclusions, limitations and specifics.
