Step-2, Final Price Proposal - Contract To Build Agreement: The final price proposal, listed inside the contract agreement, is prepared by the Builder and is based upon vendor and trade bids and the Builders cost to perform the work.  The final price is based solely on the visual existing job conditions and the scope-of-work to be performed, combined with the customer’s: needs and preferences and requirements and the customer’s final product and material selections.
