Design and Planning

We own custom, never-built plans and maintain a variety of award winning, previously built plans. All of these can be modified to meet your requirements. Alternatively, we can start with a clean sheet of paper and work with our Designer/Builder team to conceptualize and design a truly custom home that meets all of your specific needs, interests and wishes. If you would like to consider an independent professional, we can assist you with this also. We have an approved list to select from. Having worked with some of the best architects and designers in the nation and in the Raleigh area, we can assist you in choosing the right firm. We offer assistance to the architectural firm with a home point of reference and design concepts while maintaining a focus on cost development, trade/vendor bidding management and actual site start-up.

  • A Personal Project Coordinator/Manager assigned on-site will direct and manage all activity and work with our client directly throught the entire project; start-to-finish. This provides a single point of accountability and contact to streamline and focus on producing a time-sensitive, quality first job; on-time and on-budget.
  • Detailed written specifications outlining every allowance, component, product selection and work description in your new home.
  • Clean, safe and organized jobsite; controlled and maintained from start-to-finish.
  • Realistic start and finish date in writing.
  • Full time, 24/7 warranty service department.
  • One contract price maximum to perform the entire project.
  • Once construction commences, your project will progress until it is completed, NO stopping or other diversions until we reach 100% completion with an approved and signed Satisfactory Project Completion Certificate and a zero punch list.
  • Unparalleled written transferable warranty.
  • We realize that changes can occur during the construction process. As such, we have procedures in place to facilitate those changes or additions to your custom home.
