• Includes: A visual-non intrusive review of the home exterior and interior with a primary focus on the home exterior To include: Roof, eaves, overhangs and venting incl. skylights, exterior brick, stone or wall cladding, Windows, doors and openings, Porch, terrace, veranda and decks and patios, Driveway, Sidewalk or other outdoor living spaces. The home interior is a walk through and checklist format.  
• Personal webfile/webpage. Personal and Secure 24/7 Web file-Web page. Up-to-date profile/status of the home, suggested preventative maintenance, seasonal preparation and work-to-date Photography of the work areas-Schedule of seasonal work. 
• (8)-Dedicated Hours/Professional Services: (4)-hours to produce-compile and present the report and plan-of-action. (4)-labor hours to make suggested repairs or be used on an as-needed basis. The (4)-hours can also be used-in two hour blocks at the home for small job task, to-do list or to assist the owner.
