Professional Services  

If you would like to consider an independent architect or design professional, we can assist you also. We have an approved list to select from. If you have retained an architect, we offer field services to assist in moving the project forward. During this process, we are retained by and work directly on behalf of the Owner while providing professional services to the designated design firm.

Having worked with some of the best architects in the Raleigh area, we can assist you in selecting the right firm. We offer assistance to the architectural firm with a field services point of reference while maintaining a focus on site orientation, project cost development, trade and vendor bid management and project commencement.         

Team Build Approach

We plan, design and build the majority of our remodels, restoration projects and custom homes. We work directly with our clients to create and develop each project specifically tailored to their lifestyle, needs and budget. We employ a proven process and partnership; the team build approach. The team build approach is a collaborative relationship beginning at square one with the owner, designer and builder working together, to properly assemble, plan, design and budget the job while selecting the materials and products and when required, professional decorating assistance.
