these master pieces as a room add-on, we simply call them what
they are; seamless-integrated-living-space.
Types of
Additions: Additions are either horizontal or
vertical and include adding most any type of room or
space or new floors on the home such as decks: open
or covered roof, screen rooms, porches, sun rooms, Master

Multipurpose rooms. Garages, carport's and outdoor living

Project
Development-Planning-Design: We start by listening closely to
our client. Our goal is to develop a clear understanding of
what is needed and how the space will be used. What specific
design elements are desired, and any special features or
considerations that may implemented into the new
space. We ask many questions
and make related suggestions.
By using our
custom-tailored and continually refined questionnaires, we
further gain clarity and goal-oriented direction.
We then
work
closely with our design team to craft a design
that will fit, flow and function as if it had always been
there. Our goal is provide usable, practical and
cost-effective comfortable space.
Design
Options:While we are
the drawing board, we craft
a minimum of three design options detailing floor plan and
exterior possibilities. Each
of the options is a starting point and nothing is etched in
stone.
We then review each
option with our client at our first preliminary
design presentation. We have an
excellent track record for providing
“on-target”
design suggestions at our first presentation.
